Last updated: February 18, 2026
Overview
Jack Greaney operates a Volunteer Phone Masking Service ("Service") that connects clients with volunteers through dedicated phone numbers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with the Service.
Information We Collect
When you use the Service, we may collect the following information:
- Phone numbers: Client and volunteer phone numbers used to route calls and text messages.
- Call and message metadata: Timestamps, call duration, and routing records necessary to operate the Service.
- Message content: Text messages sent through the Service are processed for routing and command handling.
- Volunteer identity information: Volunteer names and phone numbers provided during enrollment.
This information is collected automatically when you call or send a text message to a Service number, or when a volunteer is registered by an administrator.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to:
- Route calls and text messages between clients and volunteers.
- Assign and manage dedicated Twilio phone numbers for volunteers.
- Process volunteer commands (such as redirecting clients to the main line).
- Maintain routing records so clients reach the correct volunteer.
- Operate, monitor, and improve the Service.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, distribute, or trade your personal data, including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information, including mobile opt-in consent data, will not be shared with third parties for any purpose. We may share data with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely to deliver messages and operate the Service.
We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the operator, our volunteers, or the public.
SMS Messaging
When you interact with this Service via SMS, you may receive text messages related to your volunteer services, including appointment coordination, service updates, and status notifications. Message frequency varies based on your service interactions. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the email below.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Access controls: Only authorized administrators can register volunteers or view routing data.
- Request validation: Incoming webhook requests are validated using Twilio's request signature verification in production environments.
- Infrastructure security: The Service is hosted on secure infrastructure with standard industry protections.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain call and message routing records for as long as necessary to operate the Service and fulfill our obligations. Volunteer records are retained for the duration of their service with the organization.
To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us using the information in the Contact section below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal or operational requirements to retain certain records.
